- Located on Mountain Station above Nelson. Country living, but in town.
- Very peaceful location with deck outside.
- Nelson is hilly – the cottage is located on my forested property above town.
- 20 minute walk to downtown Nelson Baker Street – it is a steep hill to walk back up!
- 2 minutes drive to Nelson hospital.
- Nelson’s famed mountain bike and walking trails start from this location.

- No parties
- No smoking of anything in or outside the cottage.
Owner
The property is owned by Dr Rachel Holt and her family. Rachel lives on the same property as the cottage and she is available to point you in the right direction !
